Reviews and Ratings
I had a mixed experience at this hotel. The rooms were spacious and comfortable but being located facing the highway was not ideal. The service was friendly, although there was a minor issue with a waiter. The location was convenient next to the Interstate, but not quite what I was expecting. The dining was good but added to the cost of the room. Overall, it was an okay stay with some positives and negatives.
The hotel is situated in a decent location near Oakland Airport, making it convenient for travelers. The rooms, newly refurbished in calming tones, were clean, albeit missing some towels at times. The service was a mix of polite and rude encounters, with a standout long Island Iced tea. The dining experience was both convenient and overpriced, lacking complimentary options seen at other hotels.
I was switched to another room that was not handicap-accessible, but it smelled good, and the bedding was comfortable. However, the room only had 1 set of towels, which was a bit inconvenient.
